By accessing or using MeSQ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MeSQ is a personal workspace for organizing tasks, capturing memos, managing bookmarks, viewing workspace analytics, and synchronizing data across supported devices.
3. User Accounts
To use account features, you agree to:
- provide accurate and current information;
- keep your credentials secure and confidential;
- accept responsibility for activity under your account; and
- manage workspace content responsibly and lawfully.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- violate laws or regulations;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- transmit harmful, malicious, illegal, or deceptive content;
- gain unauthorized access or interfere with the Service; or
- use automated access without permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its original design, software, trademarks, and other MeSQ-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use our marks without authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of tasks, memos, bookmarks, files, and other content you submit. You grant MeSQ the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. We may remove violating content or suspend repeat offenders.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. MeSQ is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or losses caused by your use of them. You use third-party services at your own risk and under their terms.
8. Pro Features and Subscriptions
Pro features may include expanded storage, AI features, priority support, or early access. They may be offered through promotions or subscriptions. We may change or discontinue Pro features, subject to applicable law and any active paid agreement.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeSQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting us.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we may post a notice, send an email, or show an in-product alert. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal channels with jurisdiction determined under applicable law.
