Analytics respects your timezone on first load
Fixed the first analytics screen requesting data with the wrong timezone, which could shift day boundaries and totals. Statistics now follow your local timezone from the very first load.
Faster first screen on private pages
Signed-in pages now render the content you need first and defer everything else, noticeably cutting the wait for the first screen on Todo, Memo, and other private pages.
Subtask edits survive clicking away
Fixed subtask edits being lost when you clicked outside the task and the details closed before the change was saved. Pending subtask titles are now saved before the panel closes.
Redesigned login and registration pages
Login and registration now use a full-viewport two-column layout, with the form flow unchanged. The left side is a clean white canvas carrying a product showcase carousel that autoplays, switches manually, and swipes on drag. Hovering pauses it, the progress indicator follows your drag, reduced motion is respected, and the page renders cleanly even when first opened in a background tab.
Selecting note text no longer collapses the task
Fixed dragging to select text in a task note accidentally collapsing the expanded task details when you released the mouse. The details now stay open after text selection, while clicking empty space still collapses as before.
Plans and pricing on the billing page
The billing page now shows Pro pricing, $2 monthly or $18 yearly with 25% off, alongside the full list of benefits. Payments are not open yet, so the upgrade button is marked Coming soon.
One consistent free Launcher quota
Fixed the free Launcher quota being enforced and advertised differently in different places. It is now 1,000 site additions per month and 10,000 saved sites in total, shown consistently in the app and on the public page.
Even card margins in Kanban columns
Kanban cards now stay centered with even margins on both sides, whether or not the column shows a scrollbar.
Sort attachments by size
The attachments page now has a sort menu. Keep the default date order grouped by month, or switch to size order, which lists files from largest to smallest and groups them in 10 MB buckets so big files are easy to spot.
Task attachment sizes always shown
Fixed missing file sizes on some older Todo attachments. Historical data is now backfilled and every new attachment records a definite size, so size information shows up everywhere it should.
Cleaner attachment type filter
The three separate All, Images, and Files filter buttons on the attachments page are now one tidy dropdown with the same filtering behavior.
Billing storage card always available
Fixed the billing storage card showing as unavailable because usage from older files had not been counted. Historical storage is now backfilled completely, so the card shows the real numbers.
Account-wide storage limits
Every account now has one unified storage allowance, 200 MB on the free plan and 20 GB on Pro, covering memo attachments, task files, icons, wallpapers, and avatars. Accounts over the limit keep everything they have and can upload again once back under, and uploads now include overflow protection and automatic cleanup of leftover files.
No more loading flashes on private pages
Todo, Memo, and other signed-in pages now open straight to content instead of flashing loading placeholders first. Retry prompts appear only when something actually fails.
Compact empty days in Todo calendar
Empty days now collapse vertically and hide prompt placeholders by default, revealing the quick-add input only when hovered or focused.
Streamlined task attachment views
Task rows in the list view now show direct attachment previews without repeating them in the drawer, supporting right-click downloads and removals, while Kanban and Calendar keep compact counter badges.
Wider click target for task notes
Expanded the clickable area for inline task notes across list and board cards to span the full width, showing a clear text cursor on hover and placeholder hints only when focused.
In-place task editing in Kanban drawer mode
Opening the task drawer in Kanban now lets you edit titles and notes directly inside the board card, keeping the drawer focused on subtasks, tags, and attached files.
Resilient desktop diagnostic uploads
Added automatic retries and lifecycle cleanup for desktop diagnostic logs, preventing failed uploads during network drops without cluttering remote storage.
Automatic desktop crash recovery
Introduced an automatic recovery fallback for unexpected desktop blank screens, reloading the window safely and logging crash traces instead of freezing.
Unified memo creation experience
Unified the memo creation and upload experience between the web workspace and desktop quick actions, sharing identical draft handling and file processing.
Instant storage updates on the billing page
